Boiler Buzz Saw Camp

This is a camp designed for the little mighty Boiler Wrestler to learn and fine tune seven wrestling skills. These skills will be reinforced throughout the camp through learning new techniques, drilling moves and wrestling in live situations. The setting will be in a high energy environment that will include fun and competitive challenges each and every session. Life skills such as nutrition, education, fitness, respect and hard work will be reinforced in all that is covered. The camp will also include: 30 three minute matches - mat and competitive games - tournament - little boiler belt champion award - physical fitness challenges.

Typical Schedule
Breakfast - 7am
Session One - 9 - 11:00am - Consist of technique session with 1 dual.
Recreation - 11 - 11:30am - Teams will participate in events to gain additional team points towards overall team champion.
Lunch - 12 noon
Session Two - 2 - 4:00pm - Consist of technique session with 1 dual.
Recreation - 4 - 4:30pm - Teams will participate in events to gain additional team points towards overall team champion.
Dinner - 5pm
Session Three - 7 -8:30pm - Consist of drilling, live matches and conditioning.
Recreation / Movie - 9 - 11pm
Bed Check / Lights Out - 11pm
* Designated Teams will remain after session three to clean mats. Team schedule will change daily.
